With all the police boots that are available to police officers, it can be hard finding out which ones are actually the best police boots. In this review, I'm going to discuss three boots that I feel are the best police boots; Bates, Danner, and 5.11 Tactical boots.

Bates has been making police boots for quite some time. They sell on average about 1.5 million pairs of boots each year. With that high of a number, I must not be the only who thinks these are some of the best police boots. Specifically within the Bates footwear family, I love the Bates Enforcer police boots. The Enforcer series features waterproof leather, full cushioned footbed with shock absorbing pads, increased flexibility technology, and durable outsole. These police boots are extremely comfortable and reasonably priced.

Danner makes a wide variety of boots including some great police boots. The most popular Danner police boot is the Acadia series. The Acadia series features water resistant leather, 1000 denier cordura nylon, and are relatively lightweight. While I haven't owned a pair of Danner boots, I have spoken to several police officers that swear by Danner and think they are the best police boot made. Don't be surprised when you go to buy a pair of Danner police boots, the price is high.

5.11 Tactical gear manufactures a wide variety of police gear, but they make one of the best police boots around. The most popular style manufactured by 5.11 Tactical is the ATAC series. The ATAC series is an all waterproof boot with a safety toe feature for rugged duty wear. These boots are extremely comfortable and are manufactured with the same high quality standards of all the other 5.11 Tactical gear products.

There may be a lot of choices when it comes to police boots, but in my opinion, Bates, Danner, and 5.11 Tactical make the best police boots!
